You can get started in yoga at any\nage and\/or in any physical condition.&nbsp;Your yoga practice is personal\njourney and in the sessions there is a shared dialogue of how best to approach\npractice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using breath work techniques, movement and meditation I will\ndevelop a yoga program that is suitable for you.&nbsp;Using yoga techniques\nthat are sustainable over a long period of time will lead you on a path of good\nphysical and mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proper yoga techniques are developed and shared so that you can grow organically in your practice.&nbsp;Other movement modalities may be used such as postural therapy, yin yoga, and strength building or even restorative to put you on the path to overall wellness and good health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I teach students who are new to the practice as well as those\nwho are seasoned and looking to move beyond any limitations that they are\nexperiencing.&nbsp;Some students are curious about the transformational power\nof a yoga practice and the only way to understand it is to experience it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yoga is a journey and I am here as guide to help move you along\non your path.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My commitment to transformational movement practices supports others to lead lives of healing and meaning.
