Private instruction in yoga can be a very powerful way to get started on a lifelong journey of wellness. You can get started in yoga at any age and/or in any physical condition. Your yoga practice is personal journey and in the sessions there is a shared dialogue of how best to approach practice.

Using breath work techniques, movement and meditation I will develop a yoga program that is suitable for you. Using yoga techniques that are sustainable over a long period of time will lead you on a path of good physical and mental health.

Proper yoga techniques are developed and shared so that you can grow organically in your practice. Other movement modalities may be used such as postural therapy, yin yoga, and strength building or even restorative to put you on the path to overall wellness and good health.

I teach students who are new to the practice as well as those who are seasoned and looking to move beyond any limitations that they are experiencing. Some students are curious about the transformational power of a yoga practice and the only way to understand it is to experience it.

Yoga is a journey and I am here as guide to help move you along on your path.
